Job description:
The Sales Representative is an employee who is responsible for the sales,merchandizing, and operations of a store/kiosk location. The primary responsibility is to increase revenue by achieving monthly sales quotas and financial metrics. We’re looking for someone with serious ambition, who has what it takes
to close sales, beat quotas and rack up commissions. We are also interested in a candidate that has aspirations to progress their career with a rapid growing company. A college degree and bilingual Spanish skills are a definite plus.
The Sales Representative will execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives:

• Growing sales by building a strong, influential, collaborative relationship to consumers and professional customers of wireless-based solutions
• Building a community of loyal customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of products, services, and accessories
• Working in a sales-driven and results-oriented environment where financial rewards are based on metrics results
• Remaining well-versed and educated on products and services in a rapid changing environment
• Maintaining merchandising and visual standards
• Analyzing and reporting business results and trends
• Creating and modifying business plans to achieve goals
• Other duties, as assigned
  Requirements:
• Extraordinary customer service commitment
• Proven, highly successful sales track record through solution-based selling

*Strong sales characteristics and skills, including presentation skills, qualifying skills, fundamental technical knowledge, overcoming objections and closing.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – including formal presentation skills
• Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees, external customers, and virtual team members

• Flexibility in a dynamic retail environment

• Highly motivated to achieve
